Our Process

  • Step 1: The initial contact
    An experienced recruiter will contact you via the phone to have a general discussion about your current situation and to get a sense of your overall aspirations.
  • Step 2: Getting to know you
    Over the telephone we´ll assess your work history, career development to date and your major work achievements. We´ll also spend a considerable amount of time talking to you about your ideas for your next position. We´ll then work with you with respect to your overall goals and long term career planning.
  • Step 3: Are we a match?
    If both parties are satisfied with the information and are comfortable with working together, then Subsurface Global will request your references and will explain the next steps.
  • Step 4: Presenting your CV
    Once working together, Subsurface Global will honour its code of ethics and will not present your CV anywhere without your express permission. We will contact you when a suitable position is available and will explain the details of the role. If you´re interested, we will present your CV.
  • Step 5: Securing the interview
    Once an interview with the client is secured, Subsurface Global will let you know all the relevant details and will work with you throughout the interview process.
  • Step 6: If the position is offered
    The ideal situation is the client offers to bring you on board and you decide to accept. At this stage, Subsurface Global can assist you with your resignation process.
  • Step 7: If the offer isn´t forthcoming
    If you decide not to accept an offer or you´re not offered a position, Subsurface Global will continue to work with you and will provide full feedback from any of the interviews you attend.
