Subsurface Global conducts searches for permanent staff on a contingency basis. If there´s no placement, there´s no fee. We take suitable candidates through a thorough screening process that ensures we can closely match your needs and their ambitions. We assess their skills, aspirations and organisational fit.

Recruiting for Contractors

If you´re looking for talent to cover major projects, maternity leaves, peaks in workload, sickness or strategic plans limiting permanent headcount, you are likely to need a contractor. The duration of these assignments are usually 6—24 months and we follow the same thorough search and assessment process used for permanent searches.
