Senior Drilling Supervisor

WeConnect Energy are currently working with an International E&P Operator helping to recruit for an experienced Senior Drilling Supervisor to support an ongoing drilling campaign in the UKNS.

• Managing the day-to-day operations to deliver the well programme and the well objectives
• Planning, scheduling and allocation of resources and reporting of all well site activities
• Optimising operational performance without compromising HSE, reputation, well integrity, or the integrity of the drilling unit
• Optimising logistics to ensure people and equipment are at the wellsite when required and delivered in an efficient manner
• Stimulating and implementing ideas to improve operational performance and reduce cost
• Ensuring there is a process where lessons learned are documented and incorporated in future operations
• Challenging the well engineers, contractors and well programme to recommend performance enhancements

• Resolving operational problems as they arise

   

This is a 12 month PAYE contract with the likelihood of extension.
