Associate General Counsel (Governance)

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for an Associate General Counsel, Governance position on behalf of our client, an Energy Operator, situated in the UAE.

This is a full-time staff positions, on expatriate terms.

We are particularly interested in hearing from senior-level candidates who possess:

• 13+ years of experience, with at least 5 years' experience at SLC level.
• Proven ability to manage the performance of teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage different stakeholders balancing relationships between HQ and Group Companies.
• Known for identifying, fostering and developing talent.
• Experience in MENA region.
• Both strong in-house and private practice experience.
