Manager Compliance

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Manager, Compliance on behalf of our client, a subsidiary in the E&P industry, situated in the UAE.

This role is focused on managing and supervising the design and delivery of company's and compliance program. This role is responsible for supporting the given subsidiary in managing and mitigating compliance risks, focusing on anti-bribery, business ethics, integrity due diligence, competition as well as trade sanctions and export control. Furthermore, this role designs and delivers prevention (including policies and procedures as well as awareness and training), monitoring, and remediation activities.

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (law, accountancy, business or similar discipline) from a reputable university.
• Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: Fifteen (15) years of relevant post-qualification work experience, preferably in top-flight international law/accounting/consultancy firm(s) and/or blue-chip corporate(s).
