Manager Governance

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Manager, Governance on behalf of our client, a subsidiary in the E&P industry, situated in the UAE.

Responsible for the development and implementation of corporate governance strategies, rules and regulations across the subsidiary's divisions in line with applicable Securities and Commodities Authority (“SCA”) regulations and other leading practices. Responsible for providing secretarial support to the Board, Board Executive Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee and ensuring corporate governance processes and initiatives are implemented and adhered to.

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (law, accountancy, business or similar discipline) from a reputable university.
• Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: Fifteen (15) years of relevant post-qualification work experience, preferably in top-flight international law/accounting/consultancy firm(s) and/or blue-chip corporate(s).
